AI Product Builder

I design AI products that handle uncertainty. Over 10+ years at Samsung and IBM, I built systems where humans make high-stakes decisions with AI that can be wrong — confidence architectures, reasoning traces, and override flows for LLM-based platforms managing trillion-KRW IT investment decisions. The pattern I keep solving has a name: Calibrated Trust Zone — the design layer that lets users know when to trust, when to override, when to escalate. On Samsung’s IT-PMS platform this moved NPS 60→72 in six months and cut new-user onboarding by 30%. The pattern transfers to any product where AI generates output that humans must act on — Claude Code suggestions, Notion AI summaries, Figma AI generation. The other thing I keep solving: POC→Production Motion. Industry ships <5% of enterprise AI POCs. At Samsung I designed the 6-step framework that took 40 AI projects to 21 shipped (52% rate, 9.07/10 satisfaction). It’s the layer most platform-driven AI companies are quietly building right now. What I bring to an AI-native team: → Design systems that survive organizational complexity — 100+ components, 18+ enterprise teams, 8 vendor teams, 5 years running. 2024 Samsung Operation Excellence Award. → LLM UX that handles being wrong — confidence architectures, reasoning traces, structured override flows. 12-pattern LLM UX library adopted across 2+ Samsung AI products. → 0→1 execution speed in AI-native cycles — currently running 9-week MVP cycles where 24 builders ship AI products, not decks. Why this profile is rare: I’ve shipped AI in regulated APAC enterprises (Korean semiconductor / Lotte commerce / Samsung division) where Western LLM vendors struggle with compliance and on-prem requirements. That’s not a prototype skill — it’s a production skill, and the market for it just started. Looking for my next role at an AI-native company building the layer above the model — Product Designer, AI UX Lead, or Customer/Solutions Engineering at the design × AI × enterprise intersection. Open to relocation (US primary), and remote-first roles based in APAC.

THREE THINGS I DO

0 → MVP

Take ambiguity to shipped product. No playbook needed.

AI x Speed

Use AI as production infrastructure. 2x your team’s output.

Systems at Scale

Build systems that 18+ teams adopt, not just prototypes.
